Here are the Ranger Gina triggers I use and the trigger phrases. These are all just to help me keep track of my own clicks.
Auspice Fading: Your mind dulls. (useful when we are keeping auspice rotation going)
Cheetah running: Consumed by Flames of the Scarlet Cheetah
Cheetah Faded: The flames of the Scarlet Cheetah die down
Circle of Power Faded: Circle of Power IV expires. (only the person who cast sees this emote, and needs to be set to whatever rank the individual has)
DoT Faded: Your Blisterbeetle Swarm RK. III spell (I don't set up a trigger for each DoT, they all last the same time, so just use one trigger, plus they use a lot of mana, so I don't always use DoT's) (and they seem to generate a LOT of agro!)
Third Spire: Your Focus on the Third Spire of the Pathfinders (just to help me keep track if another ranger in group casts, so I don't hit mine at same time)
Third Spire Faded: Lose Focus on the Third Spire of the Pathfinders (so I can hit mine when other Rangers spire fades)
Melee Disk Fading: The natural Energy fades from your weapons. (note: the Fear from Dracoliche fight messes the Gina timer up)
Empowered Blades running: Your weapons blaze with newfound power! (no emote when this fades, so I set a 30 second count down from trigger to tell me when it's fading)
Those last two are good to have Rangers when you are using your Burn Weapons. The Burn Weapons do Awesome damage when disc is running .. and crap once disc fades ... I can't count the number of times I forgot to switch weapons back when disc faded ... thus that was the very first Gina trigger I ever made.
Now if I could only get a trigger to work that tells me when Mana Burn is cast!

Side note, we were discussing and I tested this last week: The Intensity of the Resolute Veterans AA blocks ranger Auspice buff, also it will overwrite Auspice if you have auspice running first ... so I have tried to use mine later in fights, once I know all the MGB auspice rounds are done and none of us have any mana to cast anything anyhow
