Any drops will be done by /randome 1 2005. Minimum level to come is 60.
If you need to do the hail for Rondo, make sure you have all the pre-quest done (see Justyse's post above, or read Alla's). We won't be sitting around waiting to engage while people gate out and hope to be CoH'd back to the raid.
With luck, we'll have the right number of people and blow through this, and folks can get back to checking out the new expansion. If we don't get enough, then we'll try again another weekend.
