A severe storm that wrecked havoc thru California with winds up to 70 mph toppling trees and knocking power out to over 190k residents. My power was just restored after 3 days in the dark. 60k more people are left without power and crews are on their 3rd 20 hour shifts here trying to restore power to residents. If you know anyone in Cailfornia that is MIA its most likley due to power outage.
Its nice to be back, we take things for granted suck as the power for light, cooking, refrigeration and heat.
More than 60,000 residents still without power

A small cliping.
Smud:
At the worst of the record-setting storm, high winds, heavy rain and dangerous conditions knocked out power to more than 150,000 customers -- more than one-quarter of all SMUD customers.
PGE:
Continuing repairs at isolated locations in storm-ravaged Northern California, utility crews today finished restoring service to all but a few thousand of the 2.5 million Pacific Gas and Electric Company customers who lost power when heavy rains and gale-force winds began hammering the state a week ago.
Today a PGE employee lost his life repairing lines. Some are still without power. In one location i heard winds were clocked at 125mph
