This is Centaurus, its obvious I was not raiding the last 3 weeks. For one I went on vacation for a week something I haven't done in a decade. When I got back I found that I had to change my brakes, my brother was too help me but he wanted to do it on a Sunday, so again I missed raid. again. The next weekend I had to take my father in law out on the weekend to keep him busy he has dementia and his wife needed a brake so she went on vacation. I was on this weekend to join raid but I did not see the message on the Jan 25th that you had to be 105 on any post or least where to find it. Now the weekdays are not good for me to raid because you are an East coast raiding guild (I didn't realize at the time I joined) and I work 6am to 5pm PST typically (I am in California), so I am not home in time for raids. I like to raid which, I used to do Friday thru Monday, but that was later in the day. Also I couldn't log in for some reason, I let Homeless know this recently. I am almost level 104 now I think 5% away, also I don't get much help on leveling like some of you do, people are always busy in zones I can't go in and not being on a lot the last three weeks attributed to the problem, I realize this. I sometimes get in groups it seems it rarely happens, soloing is very slow. I know you run a tight knit group which I like. I know that you all want to move me too social status that's the feeling I get, but I do like raiding. I doubt I would be moved back only because raid days and times.

once you're 105, I encourage you to reapply to raiding and we can take it from there...the other thing is your lack of communication needs to be addressed, if you had posted what was going on the outcome may have been different...alas I reiterate work on getting the Lvl and then reapply when your ready
