I think you do not understand how to acquire the Golden Helm trophy from the Plane of War mission.

I will not spoil it here, there are enough websites out there that can do that. I will say that it took me 4 minutes from start to finish to acquire my trophy on two different characters with no killing of mobs. I do believe that there will be some hotfixes or changes to this, as I seriously cannot fathom that the developers intended every player to acquire a 75 AC 500 hme trohpy in less than five minutes...
