Of course he was a gnome... 135 pounds and working in construction. Hell, I weigh 150 and though I'm fairly strong, there's no way I'd be considered construction worker caliber, plus I'd probably put on 20-30 pounds in the first couple weeks.

i remember working as a stagehand during the summer on year in college. one day i was pushing a box of wire from the docks in the back of the theatre to the front of house (like where the light guy hangs out at ampitheatre), the box prolly weighed over 300 lbs and my buck thirty self decided i'd try to push the box down a slope on my own. needless to say the box got away from me and "i lost the presence of mind" to just let it go. instead i took off after the box and ended up getting my arm pinned between it and a wall when trying to stop it. hello broken arm
