omg board titles

omg board titles are a go go go! I added some peoples from the ezboard, I will keep looking for more;p Its tedious hehe, or maybe Jeet will give you a new one!!

I also added the ability to turn off viewing avatars and signatures, for people who do not like huge signature graphics showing up all over.

Where does one find the on/off options for avatars and sig peek-turez?
