In case you've missed me (insert laughter), or in case you've sent me this tell 'Weren't you like, higher than 65 before?' Please, let me explain.
I was eatten by the SoE-You-Don't-Own-OoW bug. It's been nearly a week since I've had my hard ground levels, or my access to the OoW zones. They told me Friday that I need to call some goddess in customer service before a GM will help me with levels. However, at that time, the phone service was not open and would not be open until Monday morning.
For some reason, my account summary mysteriously never shows them charging me for OoW, but from some gift of god, I did have access to the expansion for nearly 2 weeks. So, tomorrow I will call and talk to 'Customer Service' and try to use nice words to get my levels and my zone access back ASAP.
Anywho, that's where I've been. I've missed you all a ton, and I'm sorry if I've been less than pleasant over the last few days. I hope I can return to raiding and grinding soon.

Well, I ended up paying for OoW twice. I bought the retail box, and when I patched the first day, I had trouble for an unrelated BIOS clock issue. After trying a few things, I ended up clicking the order OoW button because it showed that I didn't have that expansion (Related to my BIOS clcok issue). So they charged me for it on my credit card too.
Now, I am sure that if I try to get that refunded, I will get OoW access stripped and have a heck of a time getting it back. So screw it, I'll just pay twice This tells you what I rate SoE's quality of CS at, that I am willing to pay twice rather than go through SoE CS hell.

Well, they fixed me. It only took a 20 minute phone call, a trip to WalMart, and a few hours of petitioning before I got my very own, massive gnome!
It was way more work than it should have been, but in the end, I'm just really glad to be back in the raiding scene with the guild again.
Thanks for your patience with me, even when mine ran thin. You guys are the best!
