Is SOE down?

I don't see any announcement of downtime on the sony boards, and server status says the servers are up...

But I cannot log in on any of my accounts, not to the game, not to the boards. It says variously that it is having trouble accessing my account information, that my username/password is invalid, or that I should try again later.

Are others having problems?

Login Server is currently down it says.
